With nearly three decades of experience, Roman is an IT and business process specialist, enhancing operations in financial, logistics, and project management sectors. As a Certified Six Sigma, Prince2 Practitioner, and ITIL Expert, Roman is skilled in optimising IT service management, implementing advanced processes, and driving continuous improvement.
